When folks get married around Reba there is a tradition of making a quilt for the couple as a wedding gift from the community. My friends Celina and Peter are getting hitched in July and I was one of the friends they asked to do a quilt square. At first this was a bit intimidating, but after I picked a design it went fairly smoothly. I had much help and encouragement from other stitchers who have a bit more experience (50+ years). So here is the final product - I am quite pleased with the result. :)
